         最近非常累,一直以为很累时会睡得很香,然不成还有累的睡不着的现象,颈椎转到某个部位时针刺似的疼痛。
    后经检查是颈椎出了问题,颈椎位置偏移淋巴结影。医生让拍片时才知确有些严重。医生建议在中午和晚上12点时
    一定要保持睡眠状态,中午休息15分钟即可,晚上睡觉前3小时内勿进食。那怕您凌晨1点再起来工作,但晚上12点
    一定要在睡眠状态,因这时的睡眠质量最好。听他建议晚晚12点即休息,早上起床精神状态还真不错。建议喜欢熬夜
    的朋友可以一试,毕竟健康很重要不容忽视。希望各位在事业有成时,都有健康的身体相伴。
